Assia Georgieva, CFA is our CEO & Principal Analyst
Assia follows the cruise industry, and ONLY the cruise industry. Having followed the space for more than 25 years, she has developed domain knowledge and extensive contacts throughout the sector.
Her focus is on minimizing the work load for institutional investors and hedge fund managers by delivering quantitative analyses and qualitative commentary, based on scheduled, comparable, frequent pricing surveys and over two decades of sector knowledge. Her approach to clients is offering personalized service, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Assia is the cruise sector’s longest-standing, leading, independent analyst.
She is an avid skier.
Pete Larkworthy, EVP Sales
Pete’s sales experience within the cruise space spans three decades. His understanding of the fundamentals coupled with his market knowledge has been indispensable to clients’ view on the space. Through a combination of the data-driven, fundamental approach and an appreciation of market conditions in general, and the consumer discretionary sector in particular, Pete has offered his insights to buy-side PMs and analysts, leading to a more efficient investment decision-making process.
In his free time, Pete prefers to be on the golf course, read a book, play the piano, but also taking fly-fishing trips to Yellowstone.
Petko Stoyanov, CTO
Petko has worked with Infinity for over a decade. He has been instrumental in enhancing our initial platform from 20 years ago into a nimble, data-driven, scalable product.
He and his team have continuously improved our proprietary database and the data analytics required by our finance team. Examples include: adding statistical tools, enhancing the data collection process (both in terms of capture and speed of capture), managing the continuous challenges that the industry has encountered in terms of ticket price quotes and how those affect our data collection, identifying ship drydocks by time and location, and supporting machine-based data summaries by client preference.
Petko is fluent in the latest tech developments and enjoys traveling to exotic places.
